3D Printed Launch Roller CoasterReading Time: < 1 minute

If you follow my LEGO blog and YouTube channel, then you will know I’m a fan of anything that features a rollercoaster! La Guillotine Pirate LEGO Theme Park Ride #shorts

May 15, 2021 By GJBricks Leave a Comment

Reading Time: < 1 minute

As part of my LEGO Pirates of Barracuda Bay I’m working on a town area. In there, I plan to feature some theme park inspired builds. This Drop Tower – La Guillotine – is an example of those builds. There is a full video that goes with this in which I show details of how it works and how it’s been built: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83OGrAVKmuI

This design is very compact and designed to support all 4 sides having minifigures on them. I’ve opted for only one side as it worked better with the design of the area. La Guillotine I know is slightly morbid, but in this case, it’s the perfect thing. I did consider using cannons as the theme, but it just doesn’t work well.
